The hotel staff was very professional and provided good service. the room was extremely pleasant, reasonably large, and equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the food had a huge variety of options.

We liked this place - good old and grand old hotel.

the staff was amiable and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. had a very nice stay in our good sized room with large bathroom. the breakfast was delicious with a view over the harbour and a wiew and different product, had everything you could want.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely and charming place where our family room was clean and peaceful, and all the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Really really nice stay, grand old place. Quick check-in, accommodating employees. Lovely area, very central location not far from Örnsköldsvik for a wedding, the store and the waterfront. Easy walk to Slipstream Sculpture.

The place was absolutely fantastic and famous and the staff were polite, the location was magnificent in an antique store. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the train station and the center of the city.

The room was amazing with a beautiful sea view! It felt so calming and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. I loved the traditional furnishings in the room. It gave it a cozy and charming atmosphere. The room had enough space for me to move around easily in my wheelchair. It was great to have the option to have the two single beds put together to make a double bed. Perfect for me and my partner!

Personally, I found the room a bit too airy. But I understand that some people might enjoy the fresh air.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of First Hotel. It was just a short walk to the train station and the hockey arena, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Despite some minor delays in the restaurant, the service was good, considering they were understaffed that night. The hotel's charming old style added to the overall experience. I would recommend this hotel.

Had a great time at a well-located hotel. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the waffle iron. The hotel was perfectly situated in the town center and had stunning views of the water. The friendly staff made our stay even better.

Some of the interior and furnishings were a bit old and in need of some renovations. Although the bathroom was nice and clean, the shower could have been better.

I really got a great bang for my buck at First Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the lake. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. But the best part was the staff - they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Special shout out to the kitchen staff who were so kind to my kids.

The only breakfast option that could have been better was the range of choices.
